  中新网北京4月27日电 (记者 余湛奕)“五一”国际劳动节临近,记者27日从中华全国总工会获悉,全国总工会将于4月28日召开五一表彰大会,表彰全国五一劳动奖状255个、全国五一劳动奖章1088个、全国工人先锋号1034个。今年共表彰农民工172人,占18.2%,比重再创新高。

  据全国总工会相关负责人介绍,2024年1月31日,全国总工会印发了《关于推荐评选2024年全国五一劳动奖和全国工人先锋号的通知》。根据评选通知要求,推荐的全国五一劳动奖状、奖章、先锋号中,重点产业比例不低于35%,其他一线职工和专业技术人员不低于20%,科教人员不低于20%,农民工不低于10%。

  据了解,本次常规表彰的奖章对象中,产业工人共计380名,占40.3%,高出规定比例5.3个百分点;其他一线职工和专业技术人员236名,占25.0%,高出规定比例5.0个百分点;科教人员206名,占21.9%,高出规定比例1.9个百分点。其中还有农民工172人,占18.2%,高出规定比例8.2个百分点。

  值得关注的是,今年的评选通知中继续提出要注意推荐新就业形态劳动者。全国总工会相关负责人介绍,实际工作中,各单位积极推荐了货车司机、快递员、外卖配送员等一批新就业形态劳动者先进典型,占今年奖章对象的4.1%,为这一新兴群体选树了榜样。

  全国总工会相关负责人表示,在今后评选表彰工作中,将进一步重视选树农民工、新就业形态劳动者以及各新兴产业的优秀代表,使更多基层一线劳动者的劳动得到充分肯定和尊重。

  此外,今年单列了37个奖状、145个奖章、78个先锋号名额,用于表彰全国职工职业技能竞赛优胜者和在组织国家重大活动、处理突发应急事件中涌现的先进集体和个人。(完)
